It's a $250 billion marketplace growing at more than 20% a year overall with growth rates in the Internet Services area exceeding 50% each year. (Bartlett, 2001) "Technology no longer just supports business strategy-it drives business strategy." Wireless technology is a business fact. It's the way forward-looking companies around the world are doing business today, and it's the way they will be doing business tomorrow. Global competition means that wireless technology is the way every surviving firm will be doing business tomorrow. Wireless companies need to advance the technology that their customers are looking for. They need to be specific in their choices. My research has shown me that technology is all about the customers and the technology users and less about the companies providing the services.
