Corporate Diversity Programs
The answer to that question is not a simple yes or no for two quite different reasons. The first of these is that there are at least two ways of defining corporate diversity. One may define it either in terms of a type of quota system in which each company has a workforce that mirrors the population as a whole. This has certainly not happened and it is difficult to see how it would ever happen or even to see that most people would want this. The second way in which effectiveness of corporate diversity might be defined is that it has significantly increased the chances of women and minorities to achieve success in the corporate world.
