Prison Substance Abuse Treatment Programs Effective or Not
It has been demonstrated time and time again, by study after study, that criminal offenders with substance abuse problems have an extremely high rate of recidivism. That is, if a criminal has a drug problem, he or she is likely to commit another crime and end up back in prison after being released.
