Proposal to the President of California State University-Fresno on the Current Parking Problem. This proposal will discuss how we can achieve better parking at the California State University-Fresno. This study will be part of the way that we can convince you, Mr. President to help decongest our school's parking issues. By evaluating the current status of parking at the school, we will discuss how the crowding, the spacing at the school, and the ability of the administration to add more spaces can be dealt with.
